Alana De La Garza is a stunning actress who has made a mark on the tiny screen. In the year 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. Her move to Texas for the purpose of pursuing a career as an exercise physiotherapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas then moved back to Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles such as local independent films as well as global commercials. Her passion for acting quickly grew for acting despite the small roles. In 2001, she emigrated in New York where her first part was in All My Children's daytime soap opera as Rosa Santos. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff, which was not long-lasting. Her character was a hit and earned De La Garza numerous nominations, including Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even a few ALMA Award noms.
